With a distinct fusion of popular Nigerian street buzzwords and a callback to the classic ‘rain, rain, go away’ nursery rhyme, the singer has once again demonstrated his prowess in creating tunes that resonate across various demographics.
In his signature philosophical style, Timaya delivers a message of positivity on the Ogene and Gyration-infused “Dey Your Dey”. Advocating for a more tranquil and peaceful coexistence among all humans, the underlying message is clear – if you can’t contribute to harmony, simply “maintain your lane” or “Dey Your Dey”.
