The shortlist for the 2022 Miles Morland Scholarship has been announced. This year’s shortlist was drawn from a pool of over 500 entries from published authors.
The Miles Morland Foundation Writing Scholarship is an annual scholarship awarded to four to six African writers to assist them in writing a fiction or non-fiction book in the English language. The award was established in 2013 by British philanthropist, Miles Morland.
This year’s judges were Muthoni Garland (chair), Bibi Bakare-Yusuf, and Chuma Nwokolo.
