Already building quite a reputation as a formidable all-rounder in the fast developing, new look rap scene in Nigeria, Inart opens his account for the year with a new music offering titled “Mileage.”
“Mileage” is a resounding re-emergence by Inart to strengthen the relationship he has going on with his audience. Although Inart has recently returned from a solo hiatus, he has been active with top notch collaborative efforts.
“Mileage” is an anthemic, sizzling and mesmerising rap escapade, laced with meticulous Afrobeats drum patterns, groovy bassline, infectious melodies and harmonies.
Inart continues to draw inspiration from Greek mythology, this time alluding to the Greek god, Hermes, and sharing in his industrious, shape-shifting and swift nature. Inart, on “Mileage,” breaks away from conventions and stereotypes, highlighting the armoury he possesses in his musical arsenal, and reflects on the everyday grind.
