The Beatz Awards, an awards ceremony in Nigeria that recognises creatives who work behind the scenes in the Nigerian entertainment industry, has announced its nominations list for the 2023 edition.
The award event will recognise 25 individuals and organisations who have displayed exceptional talent in music production, talent management, radio, and television. This year’s edition is sponsored by Smirnoff Nigeria, which has added a new category to the nominations list: Female Producer of the Year.

Some nominees include Bloody Civilian, Kemi Smallz, Masterkraft, Yimeeka, Rore, Cool FM, Magicsticks, Kel P, Dunnie, Pheelz, Asa Asika, and many others. The winners will be announced on November 18, 2023.
Since its inception in 2016, the Beatz Awards has awarded creatives working to promote the Nigerian entertainment industry. Other sponsors of this year’s edition include MTVBase, Loatsad Media, the Temple Company, and Ogidi Studios.
