Nollywood audiences are in for a thrilling cinematic experience as Owambe Thieves, the highly anticipated crime drama, gears up for its nationwide release on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Produced by Eniola Ajao and directed by Adeoluwa Owu—known for his work on A Tribe Called Judah (2023) and Jagun Jagun (2023)—the film follows a struggling married couple who take a desperate gamble to survive. However, their actions entangle them in a treacherous web of power, betrayal, and unforeseen consequences. The movie features an ensemble cast including Femi Branch, Papaya Ex, Eniola Ajao, Sola Sobowale, Denrele Edun, Ronke Oshodi-Oke, Wunmi Toriola, amongst others.
